ARE THE TRACKS CONSTANT OR VARIABLE BIT-RATE?

All Sun Sea Sky Productions tracks are encoded at a constant bit rate.

CAN I SHARE MY DOWNLOADS WITH FRIENDS?

No. Anyone found distributing, sharing or copying our MP3 files will have their account suspended and face prosecution by the relevant authorities. By paying the small download price you are supporting the artists and record labels, this enables them to keep providing new music. Piracy will not be tolerated.

DO I REQUIRE COOKIES TO BE ENABLED TO USE YOUR WEB SITE?

You are not required to have cookies enabled to use the sunsseasky.com web site, though we do advise that you enable cookies to enhance your own browsing experience.

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT OTHER THAN PAY PAL?

At present we only offering PayPal as payment gateway. You can pay via your credit card on the PayPal website without having an account with them. They take all major credit cards.

DO YOU PROVIDE RSS FEEDS?

We have several XML feeds which you can choose from and incorporate into your site and these will be automatically updated as sunseasky.com is updated.

DO YOU SHIP TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Yes we do. We welcome fans and customers from all over the world.

DO YOU SUPPORT DOWNLOAD MANAGERS?

sunseasky.com does not support any download managers. You need to temporarily disable them while using the site or they will cause problems.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TRACKS VIA PAYPAL?

1. Register with PayPal and register your bank account with them.

2. Transfer money from your bank account to your PayPal account.

3. When you have finished choosing the tracks you'd like to buy, click the "Pay with PayPal" button.

4. You'll be taken to the PayPal site to make payment and then automatically returned to SunSeaSky.com once the payment is complete.

I CAN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

Form the log in page you will find a link Forgotten your password? Click this link and you can fill in your email address and name, and we will send you a password reminder by email.

I HAVE PURCHASED DIGITAL ITEMS, AND PAYPAL HAS SENT ME BACK TO THE SITE, WHAT NOW?

Your digital items are waiting to be downloaded at the "downloads" section under "my account". The digital items will be available to download for a 24 hours period from the time of your order. Once the 24 hour period has expired, you will be able to access your downloadable items from the 'redownload' section of 'my account' . The items under the redownload section of my account are available to download one only.

I PURCHASED THE WRONG TRACK, CAN I GET A REFUND?

No. You should check the tracks listed in your basket before completing the payment process.

I RECEIVE AN ERROR 1 - OPERATION NOT PERMITTED MESSAGE ON THE MAC, WHILST ATTEMPTING TO OPEN ZIP FILES I PURCHASED FROM SUNSEASKY.COM?

Please ensure the following: you have the latest version of Stuff it expander, your hard disk is not full, you have the correct permissions to open ZIP archive files.

Open a terminal and (assuming the zipfiles are on your desktop) type in the following:
cd ~/Desktop

If this fails, try adding the -j flag:
cd ~/Desktop
unzip -j filename.zip

If this fails, try creating a new folder, then move the file you want to to uncompress to the folder, and try unzipping the file using the BOMArchiveHelper, by double-clicking the file.

Should all of the above fail, please contact our sales team, who will gladly provide you with further support regarding this issue.

IF I ENCOUNTER AN ERROR WITH THE SITE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Although we have made every effort to make this site as good as possible we are realistic and know that errors do occur. However we promise to help you as soon as we can and resolve the issue with no extra costs or difficulties for you. Please explain the error as clearly and as descriptively as possible, including your computer, mac or pc, and the browser you were using. Please use the contact form on this website.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

The shipping rate varies depending on the total weight of your physical items and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are not applied to an order that contains only digital format items. All shipping is via USPS.

We provide a shipping calculator as part of the checkout, so you are able to estimate your shipping cost for the items tat are currently in your shopping cart.

WHAT FILE FORMAT AND ENCODING RATE WILL MY DOWNLOADS BE?

The music files offered for download are available in FLAC and 320kbps MP3 format, providing great quality and flexibility.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 192KPBS & 320KPBS?

In a word: quality! The 192 tracks are perfectly good enough to listen to, but if you want that extra bit for the big sound-system, go 320.

WHY DOES MY RELEASE REVIEW NOT APPEAR ON YOUR SITE UPON SUBMISSION?

All release reviews are submitted to a member of the Sun Sea Sky Productions team to be scrutinised. If found to be acceptable, your review will be posted to the web site.
